Returns & Right of Withdrawal
As per the Italian Consumer Law (DL 21/2014), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order without providing any reason nor penalties.
Please note: Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable nor returnable, as stated in Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
If your order includes multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last item.
To request a return, just send a clear message with your full name, username, and order number

Once you've notified us, you’ll need to ship the items back to:

within 14 days of your return request.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, complete with all parts and documentation. Return shipping is at customer's cost.
We’ll process your refund once we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will include the original shipping cost (if applicable) and will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method you used at checkout.
If you paid by bank transfer, please include your IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC so we can process the refund.
Important: if your order was paid via PayPal, please note that PayPal’s transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount (€0.35 + 3.4% of the total).
